Weather
in conflict
with the land

(Photography, silkscreen printing, installation)

Weather in Conflict with the Land documents the bruising effects on the natural landscape of the carving forces of the weather that relentlesly attack our coastline. The photographs and screen prints archive the abraded scars left on the land. Printing with chalk extracted from the cliffs, and placing the print back in its original environment, the process allowed the weather to dictate the final form.
